The Bantay Presyon was conducted in order to re-orient and refresh the previous learning of the core group Red Rangers of the barangay in order for them to practice the proper method of blood pressure measurement, the questions to be asked before and during the procedure, the proper handling and storage of the equipment.

The Morning Hataw was conducted in order to promote healthy lifestyle in the form of exercise targeting both non-hypertensive and hypertensive individuals. The first part aims to present and master the steps in preparation for the video recording, which will be used by the participants to ensure continuity of the activity in the absence of the medical students. The second part aims to practice and master the steps, in addition to preliminary video recording of the participants. After the participants mastered the steps, the hataw was video recorded and later burned to a CD which will be provided to the different puroks.

Mass Blood Pressure Taking Per Purok & Project SSS: Saktong Sudlanan Para Sa Basura
October 11 & 13, 2014
The Mass Blood Pressure Taking was conducted in order to re-assess the blood pressure readings of the residents from Puroks 1—3 (Oct. 11), Puroks 4-5 & Sitio Compound (Oct. 13) in addition to, involving the red rangers in the activity, to improve and enhance their skills in performing blood pressure taking and proper data recording. “Project SSS: Saktong Sudlanan Para Sa Basura” was also held wherein pamphlets regarding proper segregation were distributed to residents of different puroks which was conducted side by side with the Mass Blood Pressure Taking.

The BasurArt Part 2 was conducted in order to inculcate in the minds of the students the principles of 3R’s (Re-use, Reduce and Recycle). Recycling sako as means for carrying books and school-related paraphernalias, wherein the sako bag was decorated by students according to a theme they came up with.
